At GRAMCARAT, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.

Process for Returns:

  • Please return items in store, when possible. Otherwise, contact us (link to bottom of page or contact info on site) about your return.
  • Provide your name, a description of the item, and the reason for the return.
  • Pack the item securely and ship the item to our address (link to bottom of page or contact info on site). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • All purchases are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the item is approved for return.
  • If approved, you will receive a store credit for the value of the returned item, which can be used for future purchases.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and indicate that you would like an exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

Returns for Refund
We offer returns for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided:

Items are in new, unused condition with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.
A $99 restocking fee will apply (excludes defective or incorrectly shipped items).
Non-returnable items include custom-made or engraved jewelry and final sale items.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value within 14 days of purchase:

Items must be in their original, unused condition.
Customers are responsible for any price differences, taxes, and shipping fees.
Custom or engraved jewelry is not eligible for exchange.
A $99 restocking fee applies to exchanges.

 Restoration or Repair:

  • Jewelry that has been altered, repaired, or restored is not eligible for return. However, we provide complimentary resizing or additional adjustments following restoration, if needed.

  • Email buy@gramcarat.com or call 240-261-4300 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA).

Ship Securely:

  • Use insured, trackable shipping for all returns or exchanges
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the error is ours.
  • Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Important Notes:

Inspection: All returned items will be inspected for wear, damage, or alterations. Items not meeting return criteria will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Third-Party Purchases: Items purchased from third-party retailers or online marketplaces are not eligible for return or exchange with GRAMCARAT Fine Jewelry & Gifts.

Fraud Prevention and Chargebacks

To ensure fairness and protect against fraud, all returns are subject to our team’s approval. We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of policy misuse, fraudulent activity, or chargeback disputes. In the event of a chargeback, we will provide supporting documentation to resolve the issue, including proof of delivery and signed receipts.
